At Sistaco™, we want you to love your manicure results; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure that all products remain in their original packaging and meet our hygiene safety standards for a successful return.

Return Process

  Contact our dedicated support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your Sistaco™ items in their original boxes to ensure they are protected from damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send your parcel to our regional distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
